One Experience for Timekeepers!

Great news! iTimeKeep will soon begin rolling out changes to the iTimeKeep Desktop that will continue to enhance One Experience, bringing the features you love in the iTimeKeep mobile app to the desktop application.

Our commitment to One Experience means that the desired task can be completed effortlessly, regardless of device, OS, location, time, etc. Through One Experience, we’re empowering and engaging with attorneys so that firm administrators can increase compliance and top-line revenue. We’ve been working furiously on our roadmap to align functionality in the mobile and desktop applications. This release will the bring the exciting new features that we released to the mobile application in September to the desktop application.

We’ve migrated everything to the hamburger menu located in the top left of the screen. This menu includes My Stats, Settings and more.
From the Stats screen, tap or click on the Timescore™.
Easily recover more time by entering time from the Missing Time calendar. Access the Missing Time Calendar from the hamburger menu. Days for which the Daily Goal hasn’t been reached will appear in the Missing Time calendar allowing users to create a new timecard for that Work Date.
Absolutely. Access the calendar from the hamburger menu, choose any day to create a new timecard for that work date.
There are two ways to use smartcodes: timekeepers can group codes by keyword descriptions or work descriptions. By simply searching in the “filter” bar, timekeepers can find the keyword or work description that they are looking for.
