Visibility and Accountability For Time Entries Over a Span of Time

Timekeepers can review all of the timecards that they (or their assistants) have entered in a given day, week, or month in one easy-to-read view without the inefficient and time-consuming process of reviewing individual timecards.

How It Works

  1. Once logged in to iTimekeep Desktop, navigate to Reporting in the hamburger menu.
  2. Choose the desired output format: PDF or Excel
  3. Select a predefined timeframe or specify the exact date range, up to 6 months, for the desired timecards
  4. Click Submit
  5. Check your inbox at your firm email address. The requested report will be attached to an email
  6. Continue to manipulate and work with the data (if Excel spreadsheet) however is needed for reporting
