Using Guideline Filters

Guideline Filters enable the OCG Administrator to define which client and matters to apply the associated rules with.  This provides the user with a very powerful tool to really target when the errors, warnings, or task creation should or shouldn’t happen.

The filter criteria to choose from includes:

  • Client Number
  • Client Group
  • Matter Number
  • Matter Group
  • Matter Location
  • Practice Area

Once a filter has been selected, a user can select from a multitude of operators to further limit their selection criteria such as Must Contain, Does Not Contain, Starts With, etc.
