Know What You Need to Do, When You Need to Do It, with Notifications & Reminders

Research indicates that users are more engaged when they are notified and reminded of the things they need to do. With the new version of iTimeKeep, we have built a smart set of notifications to help attorneys with the following:

  • Have timers running
  • Have timers that need to be finalized
  • Have draft entries that need to be completed and submitted

For the administrators and firm managers, you have found a partner with iTimeKeep. We have designed iTimeKeep to engage with your timekeepers, remind them of what is pending and, therefore, achieve better compliance and time entry performance.

How it Works

We take your behaviors (or lack thereof) to determine which actions you need to take to keep the most accurate time. Then, we reach out via email and/or in-app messages. A few of the reasons that we might reach out with a reminder are if you:

  • Have timers running that you may need to stop
  • Have timers that may need to be finalized
  • Have draft entries that need to be completed and submitted

We’re here for you, to give you the information that you need, when you need it.

As an iTimeKeep user on iOS, simply accept notifications. If you do not accept notifications from iTimeKeep, you will not receive them. If you are an Android user, the default setting is to allow notifications, but they can be disabled in “settings.”
