When creating a new timecard, many timekeepers do not remember the code they need to use for billing purposes. To help with this problem, we have implemented smart codes in iTimeKeep.
When selecting a code, timekeepers will see description keywords that will lead them to the code they need to select. The timekeeper can choose the keyword that best describes the task or activity they have completed.
Smart codes are just another way for timekeepers to quickly and easily complete a time entry.
